RE -/'re/
prefix: again, anew
As in REVITALIZE, to give new life to familiar favorites; as in REARRANGE, to put elements into a fresh and appealing order; as in RENEW, to restore or renovate with an updated approach; as in REFRESH, to review and perfect essential skills; as in REVIVE, to flourish again, to enliven.
I copied this from a friend's blog and it made me think of the most obvious RE to me and I needed to get some opinions here. You see when I think of RE I think of Reigh (kinda like Leigh but with an R). This is the name I came up with to name my daughter one day, that is if I have one... ya'll know I am a planner. I came up with the name because my great grandfather's name was Memory..not positive on his spelling. I figured I could name my little girl Memoreigh and call her Reigh. I thought this was a brilliant idea as I want all my kids names to be 1.) unique and 2.) have meaning behind them. So check and check-right?
Well, yes until I started asking people what they thought about it and "Reigh, Reigh" was the first things out of their mouths... not cool. Not trying to damage the poor little girl right from the start.
So my question to all of you (you know all 3 of you out there), is Reigh an acceptable name for a girl? What are your thoughts.
Until next time... Blog On!

Are you still talking about this? I thought we had convinced you! Jk There are a lot of people out there that will criticize the name you like when you tell them- stick with what you want!
This is really Amy
i def think of ree-ree immediately, and will call her that just for you. haha, kidding. what about reighanna or something with another name at the end so it's not just reee (ree)? :)
I can't stop laughing at Carissa's comment.
Erica, I'm keeping it real with you...don't do it.
You know my opinion...the same one it's been for years...don't do it. I so would call your kid ree-ree, and that is super unattractive. Love ya anyway! -JB
